It never ends and we must not let it end. To feel and stay alive, let us maintain the attitude of a beginner, of a curious child, of explorers and discoverers of new subjects and those who delve deeper into old ones. Our eyes will shine from the effects of endorphins, showing us to be full of life and, in addition, we will always have something new to contribute to others. There is so much to learn that our entire life would never be enough to cover just a fraction.
Let us not discriminate in what we want to learn. Let us give ourselves the task, the opportunity and the satisfaction of doing it. It may be in the area of our specialty or in a totally different one. That is, it may be finance, cooking, a language or playing an instrument. We will be taking advantage of brain plasticity while developing this important muscle, reducing the risk of Alzheimer's and other types of dementia.
Thousands of people create content in the form of videos, podcasts or texts and make them available on youtube.com, ivoox.com and other media so that we can just click and enjoy them. All of them have their own applications available for your cell phone. There are paid formats that are a little more specialized and offer accreditation such as coursera.org, hotmart.com, platzi.com and many more; just to name a few. And if there is something that we all benefit from today, it is that all the information and knowledge that is produced on a global scale is available on the internet at the minute at a cost equal to or almost equal to zero. There is no excuse, only our lack of intention that can end up killing us in life before time.
There are many ways to bring life to our years and continuous learning is one of them. Learning could bring us some additional benefits that would bring us even more vital energy through more friends, recognition, well-earned money, purpose and a better attitude, we do not have to look for them but they can come. I think it is worth it, that is why I cannot wait to share it with all of you.
The mirror of learning is teaching more oriented to the service of others. Another activity that also brings a lot of life to those who practice it, in addition to being one of the most efficient ways to strengthen learning. By teaching we activate a totally new area, service to others. This service brings with it other benefits, which I have mentioned in previous blogs but it is worth remembering them. Serving others rebuilds and reinforces self-esteem, self-assessment and self-confidence. All of them are keys for any person to develop and take advantage of their potential.
When we serve others we are giving them our time and that time is vital energy for that person who receives it and that could activate profound changes in that person starting with the knowledge that it was worth dedicating that time to them, because we gave it with pleasure. Thus, the magic of learning has the power to unleash life in you and in all those around you. In today's hectic life, this seems a lot like a miracle!
