We handle each idea as a project in all its phases. Entrepreneurship can occur within an existing organization or it can be an idea with the firm desire to be executed by one of its stakeholders or owner. Whatever the origin, we follow a guideline derived from the best practices in business administration and project management.
The size of the project, the level of investment it requires and the material and human resources that must be involved indicate the level of detail and approach necessary along the process of our projects. Also, each specific project has qualities that allow us to rule out some steps conceived within our methodology.
Our methodology contemplates 4 traditional phases in project management: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
